Converted background-color to alpha-channel

I added variations of BFXSimple 8bit that are converted back to 32bit PNG, featuring an alpha-channel instead of background-color. This may be easier to use in most software more modern than RPG2000/2003. Also did the same for BFX2014 1&2 8bit.
